Complaints:

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (High Tours ) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Luggage & Personal belongings

High Tours is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, so please be sure to have adequate insurance to cover loss, damage or theft.

Responsibility:

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Company Policy

Payment:Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, space in hotels will be secured upon receive a deposit that forms part of your final payment.

Cancellation: Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation the following fees will be applies; If the cancellation is actually received in writing to High Tours within 07 days of the confirmation dated is subject to 10% of the total amount received as a transaction fees of the bank.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

Between 40 and 30 days 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Between 29 and 15 days 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Between 1 and 14 days 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

No refunds are possible for No-Show.
